To ensure the best experience for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

Booking Deposit & Policy: A non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. I understand things happen, but please give 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. If you notify me within the 48 hour window, the deposit will unfortunately be non refundable. Furthermore, if you wish to book again after a late cancellation, you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

Punctuality is Key: Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can dedicate the full time to your treatment.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, a £10 fee will be applied. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled automatically and the deposit will be non refundable.

Patch Test: For your safety and peace of mind, please note that a patch test must be completed a minimum of 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This step is mandatory to protect your skin and eyes.

Ready for Treatment: Please arrive with your lashes and brows clean and free of makeup. This ensures we can get started right away!

A Calm Space: I aim to keep my workspace a peaceful environment. Please plan to arrive alone unless you have arranged for an extra guest with me in advance.

Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your service. I accept the exact cash amount or payment via bank transfer.
